"Wintergarten" Holiday Home in the Walchsee region

The exclusive and modernly arranged holiday home with a winter garden in the Walchsee region in the beautiful Kaiserwinkl is located on the ground floor and offers an ample 80 m² of space for up to 4 people. The large panoramic windows of the winter garden connect the cosy inside with the wondrous surrounding nature and enable staying “outside” all year round. Sunny terrace facing south with an exquisite view.

Our wellness nook ensures relaxation, especially after a physically active day. Give your muscles some relaxation in the soothing warmth of our infrared cabin or in the massage chair. Usage of these is of course free for our guests. Bathrobes are provided.

Additionally, a combo washer dryer is available for guests of the “Wintergarten” holiday home.

Bed and table linens, bath and hand towels are provided – Towels are changed every weekend! We are glad to provide a baby cot if necessary.

Arrival and departure
Your apartment is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. On your departure, please leave the apartment untill 10 am.

Bed linen and towels
Bed and table linen, shower and bath towels as well as bathrobes are provided for the duration of your stay. (Change of towels weekly).

Dogs and pets
With a view to our allergy guests we can not allow pets.

Internet
Wireless internet is available free of charge.

Cancellation

• Cancellation up to 3 months prior to arrival is free of charge.
• Cancellation up to 1 month before the agreed arrival 40% of the apartment price.
• Cancellation up to 1 week before the agreed arrival 70% of the apartment price.
• For non-arrivals, early departures and late arrivals of the booked stay, 90% of the agreed price will be charged.
• As a special service, we offer you the possibility to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
