Our house is clam and sunny with a view of the surrounding mountains and, because of its central location, is a great starting point to actively explore the area “around the Kaiser”. Immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring landscape of the Kaiserwinkl and its captivating villages, attractions, and the many recreational opportunities, for a summer just as well as a winter holiday in Walchsee.

In summer you can discover the Kaiserwinkl region by hiking, biking, mountain climbing, or golfing. And whoever plans winter holiday activities in Tyrol knows that this place leaves nothing to be desired. It has attractive ski areas, winter hiking trails, stunning routes for ski mountaineers, toboggan runs, and of course a 244 km network of trails which can be used for free and which you can enter just 50 metres from the house.

There are three holiday homes available in total, all of which are arranged comfortably and offer ample living space for up to 5 people. Great emphasis is placed on comfort in our holiday homes in the Kaiserwinkl in the Walchsee region. Conveniences include complimentary Wi-Fi, a completely equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine with a drying function, and a "wellness nook" with an infrared cabin and a massage chair.
